The definition rule of 18500 lithium
battery is: 18500 battery is a cylindrical battery with a diameter of 18mm and
a length of 50mm. 18500 lithium battery parameters: Voltage: 3.6V (conventional
universal battery, used for electronic products, low-power electrical equipment
for maximum 1C discharge. Discharge conditions can be changed according to the
situation); 3.2V (power battery can be customized according to the situation)
Charging parameters: 4.2 V
The minimum discharge termination voltage
is generally: 2.75V, the maximum charge termination voltage: 4.20V; capacity:
3.6V lithium cobalt oxide is now 1900AMH technology; diameter: 18±0.2mm
VTC Power lithium battery 7.4V 1400mAh 18500
lithium battery pack design scheme:
Battery model: 18500-2S1P/1500mAh/7.4V
Nominal voltage: 7.4V
Nominal capacity: 1500mAh (discharge at 0.2C to 5.5V)
Factory voltage: 7.2V~7.8V
Product size: MAX51×37×20mm
Internal resistance of finished product:
≤250mΩ

black (P-)
Executive standard: GB/T18287-2000
Warranty period: 12 months
Working temperature: 0~45℃ (charging),
-20~60℃ (discharging)
Battery charging: charging limit voltage:
8.4V charging current: 750mA (standard), 1500mA (maximum)
Battery discharge: discharge cut-off
voltage: 5.5V discharge current: 300mA (standard), 1500mA (maximum)
Choice of 18500 battery charger:
Standard charging: The battery is first charged
to 4.2V at a constant current of 0.5C5A (1.5A), and when the charging current
is gradually reduced, then charged at a constant voltage of 4.2V until the
current is reduced to 0.01C5A. The charging time is about 3 hours. There should
be no permanent damage to the rechargeable battery within 0~45℃.
Standard discharge: After a fully charged
18500 battery is placed in an ambient temperature of 20±5°C for 30 minutes, it
is discharged to 6.0V at a constant current of 0.2C5A, and the discharge time
is about 5 hours. Therefore, it is suitable to choose 4.2V/1A lithium battery
charger.
18500 battery application:
The 18500 battery is a cylindrical lithium
battery that is widely used in electronic fields such as electronic cigarettes,
toys, security, power banks, digital products, and vehicles.
